avons passer un geek end tout simplement tres tres reposant , une seul chambre mais tres bien composée salle de bain, salon et chambre grand lit a l'etage de la maison l'entree separée du logement et tres bien acceuillis

De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid in deze B&B zijn meer dan top. Je voelt je direct thuis, gezellige babbel met Ann en Noël, alsof we elkaar al jaren kenden. |De kamer, eigenlijk veel meer dan een kamer, was super. Met een gezellige zithoek om nog ff te relaxen. Met ontzettend veel charme en passie ingericht. Zelfs een eigen parkeerplaats aan de achterkant en met een aparte ingang.|Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en met een leuke babbel. Wij zijn geen fervente kustgangers, maar dit plekje gaat er toch voor zorgen dat we een keertje meer naar de kust gaan! Gewoon TOP!

On a weekend in November we drove to Germany from UK with a break of journey in Belgium. We found B&B Huize van Damme in Nieuwpoort purely by chance and decided to stay overnight and that was probably the best decision we could have made. The B&B was easy to find and when we arrived we were greeted by Ann who at once made us feel welcome to her home. ||After a chat downstairs Ann showed us the honesty bar which was set up in the small reception area before taking us upstairs to the suite. The suite was massive with a lounge area with a bedroom sectioned off by a small alcove. The decor was stylish and quirky. Every conceivable thing that would be needed for a comfortable stay had been thought of including branded aftershave and perfume in the bathroom and a coffee machine with generous supply of coffee pods in the lounge area. ||In the evening Noel introduced himself and he also made us feel very welcome. In the morning Ann had prepared an amazing breakfast which really did set us up for the day and also for the long journey ahead of us. Ann chatted to us during breakfast and it felt like we had known her for years. ||The property is very central and about a 10 minute walk to the old town and 25 minutes to the promenade. Quite honestly this is one of the best places we have stayed at as Ann and Noel could not do enough for us, also the quality of the suite was top-notch. We are eager to return and hopefully stay a lot longer than the one night we stayed in November 2022.

Anne & Noel are fanastic hosts. Coffee or beer offered on arrival with helpful suggestions and ditections to explore Nieuwport. The room is a large modern area with a very comfortable bed. The ensiute bathroom is great. It is within walking distance of the promenade/marina, that is a lovely walk to the beach and the sea. Superb breakfast served in the garden. We would definitely return.

Wat was het fijn verblijven bij Ann en Noel! Zo in de watten gelegd worden maak je niet veel mee... Prachtige kamer met oog voor detail, overheerlijk ontbijt, lekker op fietstocht met een fietskaart. De fietsjes worden voor je klaargezet, nog een gezellige babbel erbij.. het is echt een aanrader!

Es ist schon etwas länger her, dass ich hier zu Gast war, aber dieses kleine und niedliche Bed&Breakfast blieb mir in sehr guter Erinnerung. Wir waren damals spontan in diesem niedlichen Ort gelandet und suchten eine Übernachtung und bekamen sie hier. Ich muss sagen die Gastfreundschaft, die Zimmer und auch das Frühstück haben mich wirklich angenehm überrascht und überzeugt.

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk , met de nodige uitleg .||Mooie kamers , rustig gelegen , goede matrassen . Enkel de trap is gevaarlijk , heel stijl .||het ontbijt was super , veel keuze en heel vers !!! Enkel had je weinig privacy tijdens het ontbijt . Je kon gratis fietsen nemen om naar Nieuwpoort stad of bad te nemen .||Enkel de prijs was hetzelfde als boocking.com , terwijl je normaal korting krijgt als je rechtstreeks boekt .
