Ce chalet est très bien situé avec une magnifique vue. En hiver il est réservé avec des prestations cuisinier, femme de ménage, chauffeur pour une clientèle fortunée anglaise. En été il est loué en l'état. Pas de machine à laver (alors qu'il peut accueillir une vingtaine de personnes !!), ménage très approximatif, piscine et jacuzzis sales et laissés aux bons soins des locataires successifs... Ce chalet pourrait être extraordinaire mais pour le prix on a le droit d'attendre plus de services (il n'y a même pas de cafetière...) et plus de propreté

Une semaine en Août dans ce chalet.||Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient très sales (casseroles notamment)||La piscine également pas propre (et pas de robot nettoyeur...)||Une des 7 chambres sentait beaucoup l'humidité.||Pas de geste la part de la propriétaire pour ses désagréments.||PS : pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner en hiver avec le service cuisinier je dois avouer que l'état de la cuisine devrait faire réfléchir !!

We loved every minute of our stay. The chalet has plenty of room, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked for self catering. Loved the hot tub view of mountains. So convenient to bus into Chamonix, but plenty of trails locally too. Local restaurants and bars a short walk. Definitely planning more visits hopefully with more family/friends at it sleeps at least 21...

We were a a group of friends that spent 10 days in August 2015 in the Chalet. We came to run one of the Mont Blanc ultra-trail races held at the end of August and our aim was to combine this activity with some relaxing days within the region. The chalet was very convenient with all the necessary comfort and infrastructure and in a quiet and fabulous location with easy access to spectacular hiking routes throughout the region. After spending a day out, we could come back to a welcoming Chalet and enjoy the summer evenings with a relaxing jacuzzi and go about preparing our own food. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It was also great that there were several common areas, so adults as well as children could get together and choose their activities independently. A splendid holidays which we all enjoyed.

We stayed at Chalet Shiraz for a week in January. We were absolutely delighted with every aspect of the holiday. From the minute we arrived, the staff could not do enough to help us. The chalet itself is beautifully furnished, warm and cosy. The bedrooms are all spacious with modern ensuites. ||The chef was amazing - the food delicious and plentiful. It was a huge bonus to have a chauffeur which meant no walking at all! The hot tub was fantastic with the most stunning views. ||All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this chalet. In fact we hope to return next year!

We spent a week at Chalet Shiraz just before Easter and we had the best time. This was my second stay in the chalet, with a 6 year gap in between, but if anything the standards had only gone up. If you are looking for a family friendly chalet where your every need is catered for then this is certainly the place to go. There was a team of 3 looking after us, Shaz was our chalet host, Duncan drove us everywhere and Maria what a chef. All 3 of them were just terrific and made us feel very welcome, lots of fun, superb food, excellent accommodation and fantastic service, nothing was too much for them. The hot tub at the end of the day was what we all needed to sooth those aching bones along with a slice of one of Maria's gorgeous homemade cakes. Stayed here with friends on a skiing hol chalet clean and comfortable. Staff (Shaz,Duncan and Maria) excellent and couldnt do enough to help organise/book/find out things for us. Duncan drove us around in the chalet van and was always happy to pick up and drop us when we wanted and Maria was more than happy to cater for any foody needs anybody had, we never went hungry! The hot tub was great after a hard days skiing, great setup here.

This was my first experience of a catered Chalet and it lived up to all my expectations. All of the staff - Shaz (chalet host) Maria (chef) and Duncan ( Chalet Driver) were first class. All went above and beyond to help our large group - 14 adults to a fantastic holiday. The chalet was cleaned to a very high standard and nothing was to much trouble for the staff. The food was first class with freshly cooked cakes every day and three course evening meals with canapes to start - Amazing. Duncan was happy to drive the large group up and down the Chamonix valley so we could all ski at our chosen areas. Thank you. Shaz was on hand to look after everyone and with such a large group she was a star. She was able to cater for everyone's requests and we had a memorable last night. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you and a great week was had by us all.
