I have stayed at Chalet Serena twice with my family and we intend to go again. The location is perfect for a vacation in the Alps and the chalet feels like a home from home. We visited in the summer this time around and had so much fun there. The chalet is well equipped to cater to small or large groups perfectly, from the spacious and super comfortable rooms, the incredible deck and pool (the views each day were jaw-dropping looking up at Mont Blanc and the glacier), the chef's kitchen, spa, cellar and the slide downstairs! Chris the chalet manager helped us organise all our day trips and restaurant reservations, which made it a very relaxing holiday. Truly one of our favourite family holidays ever.

We are regular visitors to Chalet Serena and every time we walk through those doors, we are blown away by sheer splendour of the Mont Blanc Mountain range that greets you, through the glazing on the opposite side of Chamonix valley.

The chalet works so well for us as a family of such diverse wants and needs, luxurious areas to relax and dine, the spa, hot tub, the cinema and games rooms and the all-important slide for the children (and adults!) to amuse themselves in the evening. All this, not to mention access to some of the best skiing in the alps!

To top it all, the Chalet Serena service was pitched perfectly to meet our every need, whether it was privacy, a chef, treatments, ski guides, the team had it covered.

I can’t wait to return.

We stayed at Chalet Serena last season and loved it, the views are second to none and sitting in the hot tub with a glass of champagne looking at it all is pure magic. Service and the hosts looked after us beautifully, several nights we had chefs come in and I must say, we loved it, we will book more of this next season. I would very much recommend Chalet Serena, pure heaven.

We have been to Chalet Serena in both the summer and ski season and this chalet has the wow factor. As you walk through the front door you are are hit with the most amazing view of Mont Blanc, with all bedrooms, living spaces and terraces including hot tub, sharing the view . The owner has organised private chefs, massages in the spa, yoga on the terrace, paraponting, white water rafting, helicopter rides, ski guides for our group and great restaurant recommendations. We will be back (again) x

The downstairs heater are very hot beware for children touching them.

What a wonderful chalet, great location with first class facilities. Best view in Chamonix! Chefs can be arranged as can guides/tours. Loved the spa, pool, jacuzzi and games room. We will be back very very soon.
