En général j'ai aucuns soucis avec cette établissement ils sont à l'écoute et fait son mieux pour vous il y aussi une très bonne secrétaire attentionnée. Mais aujourd'hui je suis tombé sur la fameuse "mauvaise" secrétaire à 9h20 elle m'a remballer au téléphone du au faite que je parle sûrement que le français actuellement.. elle ne m'a même pas laissé le temps de demandé d'autres informations..

2 étoiles pour ce centre une pour car la secrétaire est aimable et la deuixieme pour la propreté mais aucune pour le médecin que j’ai vu qui examine le patient très très rapidement et ne met pas un médicament IMPORTANT sur la carte d’identité. C’était pour le week-end et j’étais bloqué! J’ai du aller voir un médecin de garde pour avoir mon médicamen!

Le groupe médical est très professionnel et très humain, ils sont à l'écoute des patients, sauf une secrétaire très désagréable avec un manque d'humanité, (Elle raccroche le téléphone sans même laisser parler)dommage que ce ne soit pas à la hauteur du service médical.

La reception n’est pas du tout aimable,j’ai appelee le 14/03 a 10:50 pour dire que j’ai un soucis avec mon compte et que je voudrais faire un rendez vous ,j’ai meme pas eu le dire de dire que mon compte marche pas et j’ai eu une reponse,en criant “ il n’y a pas de place aujour’hui,aller sur le site” et c’est n’est pas la premiere fois!
