Séjour parfait ! Accueil et propreté irréprochable ! Visite de la cave puis dégustation … chambre parfaite ! Confortable, au calme avec tout le confort … madame ne sait pas quoi faire pour nous satisfaire … petit déjeuner parfait, pâtisseries maisons et autres surprise de la maîtresse de maison … À peine parti que nous pensons déjà à revenir … Réservez sans hésiter ! Et merci pour tout

What unique, intimate and wonderful experience! We stayed two nights with Lydia and Francis and it felt like we were staying with family. The property is home to their son’s champagne label and the production takes place in the caves beneath the property. Take Francis up on the tour even if, like us, you don’t speak French!

Though you enter a small suburban street the property backs up to vineyards and wheat fields which we walked. You are close enough to walk to Epernay (20 minutes through the fields) but would never know it. The rooms are in the building just behind their house. They were spotless and with sitting areas separated from the sleeping area.

Lydia’s delicious breakfast for three was breakfast for 10 including different homemade sweet and savory choices both mornings. Maybe the most memorable part of this memorable stay was sharing a bottle of the house champagne and some fortified wine with Lydie and Francis, largely communicating through translator apps!

It’s hard to imagine why you would stay anywhere else if you are near Epernay. I hope we have the opportunity to return.

We stayed two nights at Passion et Terrior and we couldn’t be happier. Lydia is an amazing host and offered us a free champagne tasting when we arrived. Épernay is only a 20 min walk, which is perfect. Oh and the breakfast in the morning was AMAZING! I’m gluten-free, so Lydia Made gluten-free pancakes and pie. If you are thinking to book this place.. DO IT!

Positive: The buffet breakfast was incredible! A whole table with pastries, fresh baked tart from a neighbour, ham, a selections of cheese, homemade jams, baguettes, fresh coffee and juice! My partner is gluten free and Lydie made her special gluten free crepes. When we arrived we were treated to a champagne tasting and a tour of the wine cellar by Francis. Francis and Lydie then helped us to make a booking at a restaurant and Francis drove us and picked us up (because we had already had a few champagnes! (although we do not speak french and the hosts do not really speak english - but we managed!) I would recommend this place 100%, without a doubt.. Negative: Nothing!.

Positive: Incredible hospitality, delicious homemade breakfast, cosy rooms with good air conditioning, and excellent, biodynamically produced champagne (try the Ratafia too!). The cellar tour and seeing all the production machinery and equipment was really interesting, after having mainly seen just rows of bottles in big champagne houses. Highly recommended if you want something a little bit more intimate and different – you'll have a memorable stay..

Positive: Very comfortable, super clean, welcoming accommodation with a fabulous and peaceful view! A few minutes from the centre of Épernay and in the absolute heart of the Champagne region! Breakfast is delicious, fresh and plentiful ... I would love to return! Thank you for a truly special stay!.

Маленькая винодельня с возможным размещением максимум на 2 семьи. Очень приветливые хозяева. Угостили сразу по прибытию своим шампанским(Blanc de Blancs). Поездив по региону и попробовав различные варианты мы в итоге на нем и остановились, и взяли ящичек с собой. В номерах довольно просторно и чисто. Завтрак с огромным выбором продуктов и видом на виноградники особенно впечатлил.
